I am Iestyn, one of the new guys plying my trade at the studio. However, I have worked in various aspects of the industry for 5 years and gained valuable knowledge from; customer services, class fitness instructing to personal training and coaching individuals to become fitter and healthier.
Whatever your goal may be, whether it be losing or gaining weight, walking up the stairs without becoming out of breath or becoming a lean mean machine, I can help!
In my sessions or through my coaching, there’s not a ‘do as I say’ or a short-term fix method. I aim to educate and help you make decisions which will help you be healthy and fit for the long term.
When and why did you start working in the fitness industry?

What are your specialities and preferred methods?
I started working in the fitness industry straight after graduating from University. I decided to do my qualifications the summer I graduated and went straight into the gym. I was very active as a child and even more so in my teens, trying every sport I could. I turned to the gym and fitness to improve in my sport and that is where the passion for being healthy and fit began. This passion has now led me to help and educate others to become healthier and fitter themselves. My biggest achievement is helping a number of clients find a way of training which they enjoy and find sustainable!
What are your hobbies and interests?
I have a holistic approach to my coaching. I aim to help clients find a way which works for them, which is sustainable and that they can enjoy. I educate my clients about the importance of regular exercise, an active lifestyle, nutrition, rest and enjoying yourself. Not only to their physical health, but their mental health too.
What is your favourite healthy meal, and cheat meal?
You can’t beat a good roast dinner, a good balance of protein carbs and plenty of veggies! Pizza is the ultimate cheat meal!
