Lost 24kgs in 6 months! From being apprehensive of the gym to now being supper confident thanks to Tom’s coaching…

I was started to worry about my body weight and shape as I’m nearing to my 40’s and weight is reaching 95 Kgs , so started my coaching with Tom – at the beginning I was a little apprehensive about the effects of training as I was not confident myself and also not sure how the personal trainers understand each individual’s goals and issues. All my perceptions are completely changed in the first 2-3 weeks with Tom and my confidence is improving each month.

Within the first 6-8 weeks of the programme, I started to feel the difference in the body and have seen incredible changes in my body since then and now I’ve lost 24 kgs in 6 months which I feel really impossible without Tom’s help.
