I have been a keen runner for many years but had always struggled with maintaining any sort of regular strength training and I wanted to add a new challenge to my usual training. I decided to look for a personal trainer to help me with this. As a runner and triathlete himself Hector was the obvious choice as a PT for me. Hector tailors our sessions in order to strengthen my body for running and our monthly running session adds variety to my training. No two sessions are the same and I am now stronger than I have ever been. He motivates me to push myself and believe in my abilities. He has coached and paced me for a half marathon achieving my best time for over 15 years. Most importantly Hector makes the training fun. He adapts the programme to compliment my running calendar and helps me to prevent and recover from any injuries I sustain.
