When and why did you start working in the fitness industry?
I have been very passionate about keeping fit and healthy from a young age, playing all kinds of sports and participating in various activities growing up. I joined my local gym over 5 years ago and this is where I started taking my fitness to another level whilst incorporating a healthy balanced diet, I achieved excellent results for myself and having become obsessed with working out and keeping a healthy lifestyle, my goal is to do the same for my clients. I decided to leave my 9 to 5 job and become a personal trainer and haven’t looked back since.
What are your specialities and preferred methods?
It all depends on the client’s goals and fitness levels. However, my main training methods are full body training using progressive overload for muscle gain and strength and high intensity interval training for weight loss.
